Settings

This page allows you to change the settings for each fleet you have access too.

 

 

At the top of the screen, you can see the option for how many days’ worth of checks will be stored on the phone. The options are 7, 14, 21, 28 and all (the default value is all). Once you have decided on your setting clicking update will push this to all the devices on your system. There is an option on the application to allow drivers to view any check outside these date ranges.

 

Clicking on the Edit Settings buttons  will open the following window.

 

 

From here you can set the following settings.

 

Send Agency Vehicles To Devices (Default is off) – When on this will send all vehicles marked as non-core to the application.

 

Send Inactive Vehicles To Devices (Default is off) – When on all vehicles marked as inactive will be sent to the application.

 

Show Custom Vehicle Ids On Devices (Default is off) – When on this will show the custom ID for the vehicle. This can be added using the vehicle tab.

 

Drivers Can Only Pick Themselves (Default is off) – When on this will automatically lock the application to the driver who logs on. When off a driver could log on and select any driver to be able to carry out a check, this is normally used by companies that have devices stored in the vehicle and not on the driver.

 

These options will be pushed to each device on the system the next time it communicates with the server (ie the driver logs into the application, if they are already logged in they start a check or ad hoc check etc).
