There are two ways to schedule Maintenance Events.

Using the Vehicle Calendar 

• Firstly, add the first maintenance event to the calendar. This can be added in the past or in the future.
• Right-click the maintenance event.
• Hover over the "Schedule/Reschedule" and click "Schedule".
• Enter your schedule in weeks.
• Enter a preferred day (Optional).
• Enter the default workshop (Optional).
• Click "Save".

This will then create your schedule and show the related icons on the calendar on the scheduled dates.

Using Edit Vehicle

• Firstly, locate the vehicle on the Vehicle Calendar.
• Click on the registration.
• Click the "Maintenance Dates" tab.
• Enter the first date in the "Inspections", "Service" or "Next Lifting Equipment Service" dates.
• Click "Schedule".
• Enter your schedule in weeks.
• Enter a preferred day (Optional).
• Enter the default workshop (Optional).
• Click "OK" then "Save".

This will then create your schedule and show the related icons on the calendar on the scheduled dates.
