From the Check Items page, you can view, edit, create, and delete check items. This enables you to add items to the list of available checks that you can use to create templates.

Again, this page can be sorted or filtered as already discussed.

To add a check item, click on the Add Check Item button  this will open the Create Check Item page (editing an existing item uses the same page).

Once you have given the new item a descriptive name you then have two options VOR if Advisory and Mandatory Check Item.

Marking a check as VOR if Advisory will force the vehicle to be marked as VOR at the end of the check being carried out, this can be used if you feel that certain failures should always be a VOR regardless of the user’s opinion.

Mandatory Check Item will force each new template you create to have this check as an item automatically.

Once you are happy the settings are correct at the bottom of the screen is the Save button  you can also click the Cancel button  if you do not wish to save these changes. Both these actions will return you to the Check Items main page.
