Notifications

From the Notifications page, you can view, edit, create, and delete email alerts.

 

Email alerts are used to send automatic emails to groups or individual members of staff. The main page displays all currently set up alerts.

 

To add a new notification, click on the Add Notification button  this will open the following window (edit notification opens the same window but allows you to edit an existing Notification)

 

 

Enter as many email addresses as you require (separating each with a semi-colon ‘:’). Your options are then

 

Send alerts if there are only passes - this will create the notification with the registrations of the vehicles if only passes are received for all vehicles.

 

Send alerts if there are more than X number of passes – this will create the notification if more than x (you set x) number of passes is received for each individual check carried out.

 

Send alerts if there are more than X number of Advisories – this will create the notification if more than x (you set x) number of advisories is received for each individual check carried out.

 

Send alerts if there are more than X number of Fails – this will create the notification if more than x (you set x) number of fails is received for each individual check carried out.

 

Wait for Any Images Before Sending Alert – If the driver has taken a picture the system will wait for this to be sent over before sending the alert.

 

Attach CheckSheet As A PDF – This will attach the check sheet as a PDF to the email.

 

Attach CheckSheet As A CSV – This will attach the check sheet as a PDF to the email.

Send Alerts if there are no defects completed for a vehicle – When this is selected another box will appear (see below) asking for the specific time that you require this check to be run, this way if you know that all your vehicles should have had their checks completed by 10:00 this is the time you place here.

 

 

Or Include Specific Fleets - You can select to receive the checks from just one fleet (if you have multiple fleets) the default is to receive them for all fleets you have access too.

 

Or Include Specific Templates – You can select to receive just the alerts raised for a specific template, the default it to receive them for all templates.

 

Send Alerts If Outside Tolerance – this will create the notification if any check is carried out in less or more than the tolerance values set in the template. IE. Check takes 21 minutes (or more) to carry out and you have an expected time of 15 minutes and a tolerance of 5 minutes or with the same time values the check takes 14 minutes or less.

Once you are happy the settings are correct at the bottom of the screen is the Save button  you can also click the Cancel button  if you do not wish to save these changes. Both these actions will return you to the Email Alerts main page.
